Currently based in the Hamilton area, personal training with Margaret is available outdoors or in your home.
Personal Training Sessions can be 1 on 1 or you can train with a friend(s).
Each Personal Training Workout will be personalised to your needs and will usually combine cardio and resistance work as both are important for a healthy heart, maintaining toned muscle (which aids weight control), and good bone density; thereby improving your ability to cope with, and enjoy life.As your Personal Trainer, Margaret will provide the help and support which makes all the difference in achieving and maintaining your goals.
