With a certificate in personal training from AUT, Margaret has a passion for helping everyday people, not just athletes, to live a happy, healthy life. Margaret promotes a healthy lifestyle through an overall personal training plan which can include Nordic walking, resistance work, nutritional advice, and rehabilitation.

In a 1 hour pre screen Margaret will:
  • Discuss your goals
  • Asses your current level of fitness
  • Devise an individually tailored regime to enable
    you to achieve your goals – safely

After this it is up to you how often you complete a personal training session with Margaret. Margaret will monitor your progress and give encouragement and support to keep you on track. If you want to lose weight, gain fitness, overcome injury, or just feel better about yourself, Margaret can help you to reach that goal.
